Bryce Canyon

This is how we spent our Labor Day. Brittany was there I just didn't get any picturs of her crazy me. Josh was home doing homework. We missed him being there with us. We decieded we would run over to Bryce Canyon, it has been a long time since we have been there. It was beautiful but of coarse we did have rain you can see the big black cloud over our (ron and I )heads. But we had a great time and as soon as we got to the bottom of the canyon and had lunch it cleared up and the rain went away. But we had a great time anyway.

Daniel before his first transfer

This was on the day of Daniel's first transfer.
Looking at the picture you see Daniel and then Elder Rasmussen and Elder Rasmussen's new companion Elder Osmond. Daniel sent me an email telling me about his transfer and told me that he had a picture with Elder Osmond and he said "Yes it is Donny Osmond's nephew in the flesh I will send you a picture" So here is the picture I thought it appropriate to put this picture on after my last picture. By the way Daniel isn't real short they are just really tall.
He is doing great, we love to hear of his experiences that he is having and how he is growing in the gospel.
We love you Daniel keep up the great work.

Donnie Osmond Concert at Tuachaun

We went to Tuachaun to see Donnie Osmonds concert Mon. night. It was a great family home evening activity. Grandpa and Grandma Fowlks, Sharise, Ron and I went. It was sold out (just like the Beach Boys who are coming) I have to tell you I brought my camara with me all prepared to take these great picture. When the concert started I turn on my camara and it wouldn't work we tried and tried to get it to work. I would put it away for a bit and then I would try again. It was really frustrating me so I pounded it on the arm of the chair a couple of times. (thinking if its not going to work then it won't hurt it any) well it then started to work but by this time it was dark so I didn't get any in the light but they still truned out pretty good. It was a very good concert he sang songs off of his new CD song from the 70's and a Joseph and the amazing.......song and a few from when he was small.

We enjoyed it even Sharise.

The one with the guitar, his name is Tommy Hopkins and he was in Grandpa ward when he was the Bishop so it was fun for them to see him again.

We love are little Carly, this was the day we left and we ate at Fudruckers for lunch, she loves her food. Sharise and I at lunch

Carly and Raylie love each other they were always giving each other hugs and kisses.

Five of the Seven having fun in the water

Josh, Emma, Abbie, Logan and Carly were all having fun in the water with the hot temps we have been having. Ron flew to Texas and went fishing with Chad. Danette flew here and Des came with her kids we had alot of fun. On Mon we went to Grandma and Grandpa Greats to swim. On Wed we went to the lake and had fun on some waverunners. It was a great time together.

Garfield

Garfield decieded he would take over Daniels spot on the chair, kick back and watch TV.
It is very wierd he wanders around the house meowing all the time he follows me everywhere. I think he misses sammy and Daniel he lost his two best buddies at the same time.

Hogle Zoo

This is a little late but we went to the Zoo in SLC last visit and here are some pictures. I really like the ones of the size comparison of the gorilla. We had a fun time.
