Cedar Mountain and the Fowlks Christmas Tree

A few weeks ago we went up Cedar Mt. with some friends here in Leeds and we set off looking for that perfect tree. The first time we drove to high and had to walk through 3 feet of snow to see anything (ok so we are not used to the snow) we could only cut down one of two types of trees, so that made it harder to find that perfect tree. So we drove down where the snow wasn't so deep and we get out of the truck and Sharise said "where is Dad" and we started walking up the hill a ways to try and find him and couldn't and then I heard it that chainsaw. I thought to myself it better be a good one. He did not get my approval first. Then I saw him dragging it down the hill. All in all it is not what I am used to but I guess you just can't find the full beautiful trees that I am used to but it will do. As you can see I ran out of tinsel I need to find more or take it off. I put 900 lights on the tree it is very well lite up.

That is a very unique looking tree. We especially like the growth it has on the top right side with the ornaments on it! Can't wait to see it in person!

At least there wasn't a squirrel in it!

We cut down our own tree as a family when we were little and I'll never forget how fun and humerous it was. I can't wait to do it again!
Your tree looks great, and Cedar Mt looks so pretty with snow!
